    Only a dumb crook returns to the scene of a crime.

    Sad part about it BHW, they'll probably be driving tomorrow pulling their buddies freight from the border. He don't speak any english, he'll never know.

    THey probably weren't legal in the first place, plus, they'll also get popped for fuel taxes. Impound their trucks and sell them at auction, if those aren't stolen also.

    Fuel theft is 2nd only to DUI in major annoyances to me.

    In a related note:
    ..many of the gas stations here went to PRE-PAY when gas hits $4+/gal.
