It depends. What you think is getting "screwed" maybe business as usual.
I'm gonna need more info before I reccomend a course of action.
If you don't have a good reason and you complain to your FM's supervisor, you'll get denied, and probably make your FM angry.
It's not easy getting a new FM and have to have a really good reason and a solid record of performance to back up any claims.
In reality, your a company driver and you don't get a say in a lot of things. They've been known to respond that "if you want more choices, you might consider leasing a truck."garciamag Thanks this. -
How long have you done the NE Regional, Cheese and how many miles do you average weekly?
-
The way I believe it works is that you ate just not strictly ne. From my experience you will be in the ne more then others but you still go to Texas , Florida, Iowa ... I don't mind it at all plus the ne runs I make 5 more cpm

I got to go with U2 on this all the way. You need to explain and definitely have your s--t in one sock before you go down that road

Not long enough..LOL Wish I had done this long aqo. My average miles have been 2800 to 3200 depending on my reset. I stay in the north east !!!!! Maine to PA and PA to ME and all the little states in between. I guess it all depends on who you have for a FM.Mine is on top of her game and even her night and weekend crew have their stuff together also. I can honestly say that this has been a great choice for me and that so far, so good. I am home again for my 34 hour reset and this doesn't even count as my days off.

I spoke to a prime recruiter, put in an application and have to follow up on Monday. I'm only interested in the North East Regional. I live in East Orange, NJ on the border with Newark. I was wondering how is frieght in this area and how often I would be able to swing through the house living in this area? Do I take the truck home with me?
