Conway invited me to there company i just got done with my school.

I don't know, but if they are offering you a job right out of school, don't be looking for any sign on bonus, just take the job. At this point you don't have anything that's worth a sign on bonus.

 

Sign-on bonuses are becoming more common, but again, not sure about for students. Many companies are losing good drivers to oilfield related jobs and are offering sign-on bonuses to try and remain competitive and keep their fleet rolling.

I am not sure that ConWay is giving any of those nice bonuses out to students I don't believe they are well not for Nor Cal and Southern Oregon but from the few drivers I have talked to they all seemed pretty happy is you are running day cab be prepared to do some back breaking work and stuff because I do know that some of their drivers do have to unload some of there loads at various drops.
