I agree. I just want a good rate that will pay the truck more than what it will cost to run the load.

 

I couldn't agree more. I'm not saying everyone is honest Abe and I don't like those types as they shed a bad light on the rest of us. That's the reason I ask you what you need money wise, because I'm not out there every day and don't know what it takes to run the truck and for you to be able to make your bills. I only have a rate index to go on and I don't know who's entering that information so I'm not sure how accurate it is.

 

Oh we have to try, but these loads are getting better as I go. I'm set to clear $5 per mile driven this week

how many miles though? I mean hell I could get 100 dollars a mile but if the load is only 2 miles whats the point.
