You ALWAYS have a choice. You could buy the truck or not....

 

You might be a great driver but you are not a good business man. $70,000 for a $20,000 truck are you kidding me, how did that happen, what did they say to get you to do this in the first place. Did you ask anyone else who was doing this or go through a truck paper and see what comparable trucks were going for. Sorry to say but it appears you like to leap without looking and that is your fault, you need to be a company driver and let other poeple handle the business end of things.

 

No, there's always a choice. The correct verbage would have been "let me get a mechanic to check this out, or I'm not signing for anything I'm responsible to pay for", or similar.

 

From belts on reefers "brakin in half (<--- from another thread of his) to blown turbo's...maybe you should consider another form of employment...trucking seems something you are having terrible luck with. Have you considered fast food....and no... I don't want fries with that.
