military vets with PTSD, have a dog as a stress reliever. works ,too. they can function out in society with the dog by them. he is considered a service dog.

Does a lot lizard count as a service animal????? lol

 

no people use service dog's to assist in mobility if they have walking issues. according med card req. they could pass, but can't walk to an office a quarter of a mile from the truck.

 

Is that one of them blue parrots everyone recommends to use with your cell phone?

 

if you need a service animal then i dont see how you can drive
