CELADON Trucking Services/CELADON the Trucker's career ender's

I worked for Celadon a few years ago with my ex husband and had went through complete hell after they brought me in to see there work comp doctor due to a prior back injury which I disclosed upfront.
This doctor put me through total hell as he asked me questions which had nothing to do with why I was there. I stopped the interview because I couldn't bare no more of his interigation.
I returned to the teminal and spoke with there Attorney and he told me they had no business sending me to there work comp doctor. I then resigned from Celadon and later learned they put on my DAC report they let me go and I was not eligable for re-hire. They did hurt my DAC report due to false information but I also filed a complaint with Hire Right to make them put on the DAC I resigned but still not eligble for re-hire! I don't know how they can come across as a reputable trucking company...
I suggest you contact Hire Right to see what you can do about this.

 

I believe they do blackball as I found that out firsthand. I let it go because I did not have the funds to fight threm as they have a huge Lawyer firm and more money then I sure have.

 

Have you applied for unemployment? If Celadon denies your unemployment you should get a unemployment hearing in front of a probate judge. Do your homework win the hearing prove what wrongs were done to you, collect your back-pay unemployment, get a copy of the transcripts to show future potential employers.

 

I posted about the unemployment hearing on the first page. Sedain replyed they ALWAYS side with the company. I was a union rep for 20 years. represented fellow employees on my own time and dime ( I worked 3rd. shift) 5 times and won 4 of them. I live in Indiana where Celedon is based, I think. If your not working do the legwork and give it a try. What have you got to lose time.

sometimes, companies will put on your dac that you worked for them, when you did not. I have 2 on my dac, but changed my mind before orientation end. It happens
