Im not sure what they are putting out but i know some guy put out high number on the dyno but dont run them on the road with it turn up. Also what piston are you running the more boost you have the lower the compression it need to be to keep head pressure down. I had to cut the boost back tune back the ecm and instale lower compresion pistion and was putting 780 on the dyno.

If you let us know what your running, ( injectors, tune, ect) very knowledgable people here can help you diagnose your problem better.

    Just saying....

Not to sure who works on big power in GA. There are a few guys up this way that could help or ask around the cat shop.

There is a fellow on here that goes by the name mr Haney.
He is the guy you have to talk to and can help you out with your problems.
But you really have to give up the specs on your setup. We don't even know what engine your running other then it's a cat. Serial # what tune is in the ECM part# on the turbo ect.....
You can try sending him a pm.

Sounds like to me what ever you got for a tune in that ECM is the root of your issues. For all you know you might have a 1000hp marine tune if that was even possible IDK. !
But really dude , get a hold of Kurt. There is a bit of a science to selecting just the right program to go with the other hard parts in a engine to make it performe and live. You can't just put a marine or worse genset tune in the ECM , bolt on a turbo because the tag says 750hp and run it. Unless this is just a hobby for you and money is not a problem , your going down the wrong road with this thing.
    JMO !
