    The load didn't look like that to begin with they made a bad pick on one of the first lifts and almost dumped half of it. When I was inspected the Dot even comment on how well it was secured.

    Here's a Hogan truck I followed that needs another lesson in how to tarp a coil.

    Keep on posting those. Makes me feel a lot better about my ugly coil tarping. I at least cover the thing.

    And the strap outside the rub rail holding down the dunnage. The driver figured out how to get the other straps inside the rail but I guess that particular one was too challenging.

    One horse shoe chain per side?

    And there's what appears to be a loose bungee by the strap in question, along with a bundle of bungees hanging from the rub rail by the drive wheels.
