TA outside of RICHMOND VA. on my way back up to New York with another load. Getting this route down to a science. LOL.

 

Further east they were calling for as much as 100mph gusts. I'd sit this one out meself... reefer, tanker or skateboard.

Pilot in Plymouth, IN. Waiting on a truck to repower this load. Radiator leak has gotten worse and can't make Pittston. Headed to the Freightliner in South Bend. Kinda wish I had caught it 60 miles back when I passed the house. Then again, that F/L in Gary has never impressed. South Bend says they can look at it first thing in the AM.

Feeling pretty bad about about mucking the truck up and causing all these headaches for FM and R/A.

 

Thats the plan. Im getting rocked enough just sitting. Already 2 trucks rolled at mm279, and at least 1 or 2 more in other places. Theres blowing snow, whiteouts, ice... and the wind. Im not moving til its safe

 

back in spring mo been having a few issues with the truck check eng light coming on w/the emissions light also plus cruise going out again at random(taking the jakes w/it) was headed towards 90 when ra suggested getting in asap which i figured id drop thurs then head to a shop but my appt was rescheduled 3times and now is set for monday at 7

 

JCW is in NC, waiting to see if he can drop the load early (24hours early).

 

Funny, I just heard that same story on the shuttle back from the millennium building to the hotel. I was the one sitting right by the door.
