    I haven't woken any up in a rest area. If they are moved I would say yes that would interupt the 10 hour I would say because the truck has been driven. Trucks with EOBR's would record driving time.

    I've stopped quite a few small cars hauling lumber (12' 2X4's) the same way. People have no sense anymore I am convinced.
