is there money in being a truck driver

Tricky question. Depends on if you own your truck or you making payments, what the loads are paying & depending how much you want to be on the road.

 

And before you make another stupid remark like "well if you dont like it then leave" this is the 4th driver mill of a company i have had the displease of working for. I will not be looking to work for another otr company i have seen enough. Next time we talk i will be in the oil patch where i will at least get paid for my time!



You have 3 years in, I'm not understanding why you keep going to a "Driver Mill" company as you put it, Further more I didn't mean to ruffle your feathers, but you know who I'm talking about, the ones that sit in the terminals, and ##### they aren't making any money, then the dispatcher say's I got a load to such and such, and they say,
"I don't want to go there, that's not worth my time"
I've heard that BS more times than I can count, and I'm pretty sure you've seen it too,
