Car pinned beneath Semi trailer

    KENTWOOD, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A woman is in serious condition right now after her car collided with a semi and was pinned underneath it.

    Kentwood police tell us the accident could have been much worse if it had not been for the cautious driving of the truck driver.

    He hit her right in the worst spot he could. If you have to hit someone, hit them in the back or the front side. He might as well kept her straight. Times like that you just react with a milli second to think. But if I could help it, the drivers door is my last choice.

    At least the media didn't tear him apart. Pinned in the car turned into pinned under the truck.
