Werner Trucking Recruiters SUCK!

schneider said nothing below that line to me. IDK what to say i was told what i was told. that was a few days ago.

 

Hey student. Before you lecture experienced drivers, get your facts right. Werner has nice trucks. But nice trucks don't pay bills. And how is it that I am being payed twice the amount with Schneider working on the same dedicated account? You know nothing what you're talking about.

Schnieder is not a starter company , as they do not have any training school.

A Werner recruiter came and talked to our class before I graduated. I pulled him aside and asked him some specific questions that should have been really easy to answer like; do you have APU's? Do you allow inverters? Ect.. He looked at me like I'd just asked him to explain relativity. He actually walked away without saying a word. That was my first and last impression on Werner

 

Which is exactly why some of these carriers need classes and instruction on how to recruit. I wish recruiting was outlawed, but as I said, it's just wishing.

 

He probably doesn't even know what an APU is.

 

They Do But they call it a Training Academy

 

Schneider is a starter company as they hire students starting in the industry.

 

I live in the Orlando area and head to Prime next week.

 

Can you tell me how this works? Just asking. How do you do this with your current address on your Florida license in hand?
