Thanks for the update Gtown. Be safe out there. You trained with baritone right? How was your training experience? I'm starting with millis later this month or middle of next month and I'm curious how the training thing is.

School was great got to have Bill for the first week, Harold filled in for Bill on the second week and Woody (what can I say about Woody....lol) did the final week. As far as OTR training hmmmmm it was good, but got old fast. Spending time with someone you really don't know for weeks on end in a small space can be a challenge. I'm not sure about others but there were days that I just wanted to go home and quit, but I always sucked it up and got my head straight and stuck with it. So the short of it is that it isn't easy, but doable. The pay off is well worth it. Having your own assigned truck and making good money do I need to say more.

Hey everyone! Hope everyone is doing good. Since the last post I have got to meet the class that just graduated from Trenton. Got to meet Frank up in BRF and it was good talking with him. Super nice guy, but then I haven't met and nasty people at Millis.
I have been running hard and plan on posting my numbers next weekend when I am on hometime. I've been home for 1 day since I posted my numbers the last time. So I'm looking forward to time with the family. Was in BRF on Tuesday and was assigned another truck. I'm now cruising america's highways in a 2010 T660. My new truck #21087 so look for me out there. I rolled into Albany, Ga this afternoon and dropped my trailer. Hit ready and got a load out of Miller headed to South Hill, Va. Don't think anyone from Millis has delivered there before since there aren't any direction to the customer in the Qualcomm. I'll put in the directions after delivery. Looks like an easy run up 85 into Virginia. Planning on picking the load up in the morning and running it to somewhere close to the customer. Stay safe out there! -
Thanks Rubberducky it is about time you get away from the forum and get in a truck....

Well, I had high hopes in getting on with Millis but I guess it was not meant to be. Start tech school on March 5th and it lasts ten weeks. I will let you know where I land
