    Truckers are one of the highest risks for a stroke. Read: How To Prevent A Stroke. I have heard that taking ONE Aspirin DURING a stroke can save your life! ALWAYS keep Aspirin in your truck with you! Its cheap and can save your life!

    **** Very good information. Trucker's cant always eat correctly or get the excercise they need and are risk for more than just High Blood Pressure and Strokes. I can get info for free blood pressure moniters and glucose moniters for truckers if anyone would like it. I am not sure if i can post a email address on her so i will just say you can get at me on the sister site trucker spaces if you would like these moniters. I give them out free to all my truck drivers that come to our office for DOT physicals.
