Thinking of getting back into bedbugging. I worked and drove for Allied Van Lines years back. The agent that I worked for has closed shop. I live in the Kansas City Missouri Area. Does anyone know a good carrier to work for? I am thinking of driving short/long haul in a company truck for a year so I can get the hang of loading, inventory and dealing with the ins and outs of moving.

I really miss the challenge from the hard work and miss working with different people everyday. It has been 16 years since I have driven.

I posted a similar subject a month ago and got zero responses. Guess there are no movers. I am sure that the moving industry has been hit very hard with the economy as has every other industry other than the banking and finance industry:biggrin_25510:

I was a bedbug hauler when I started driving years ago. I would like to understand how the industry works now. I hauled before deregulation.
