My sister wants to buy a truck. Advise please

OK lets have some fun here.... There is nothing wrong in what she wants to do BUT, ...do like I did have her form a Corp. in NEVADV . about 700$, have Her make U an officer in the corp with equal standing....She has the money but U have the knowhow !! Run that truck, pay them taxes and divide whats left 50/50 , 60/40 whatever! no payroll taxes , no SSI , no work comp! and no sighing the blues ! tell her up front ...ITS high risk , little return... but enough to get by $$

 

I would say don't don't do it but if you do decide to proceed, register the biz as a llc or corp, sole prop is risky. Work for her as a contractor she give you a 1099 end of year so she don't have to withold employee taxes etc. You just pay your own taxes. She might have better luck investing her money in something else. Having 1 truck paying a driver and all other expenses she won't be making much money. And pray to who ever she pray to that truck don't break down. Which company is she thinking about leasing on to?
