    :biggrin_25512:^This is the guy you don't want being your dispatcher, load planner, fm. He's the type who doesn't care and will not route you home, force dispatch you to piss poor areas, and hang you up to dry any chance he gets.:biggrin_25517:

    I was always available after hours for my drivers via cell phone. Got calls all hours of the night, weekends and even when on vacation. I just felt responsible to make sure if they had a problem someone was there to help. Nothing worse than being out in nowheresville at midnight and have a problem with nobody to help.
