Can a newbie straight out of CDL with a tanker, Doubles/triples endorsement find a good paying job hauling water in the oilfields? I'm about to head out to Texas from Florida to give it a shot.or should I wait ti get hired on before making the move

I'm not sure about the Texas oilfields hiring new drivers.
But, 99.99999% of the time, it's better to have the job before moving 5 states away. -

You will not get a job without knocking on doors and yes yes if you go to west Texas you will absolutely find a job in the oilfield.

I live in San Antonio and there are all kinds of CDL oil field jobs and outfits looking..what they pay..who knows..not my kind of deal but if you want it its available

Just reading an article yesterday about oil field jobs in N.D. Employer does phone interviews and explains pay/housing etc BEFORE the potential driver packs up and heads out.
