83 Freightliner Coe Fuse Location

    i own an 1983 cabover freightliner. its apple green and black i will post some pics of it when i get a chance...anyway i bought iot real cheap in really bad condition i did a lot of body work and had it paint..and the electical work is a mess. i am trying to locate the fuse panel. i looked everywhere and can't find it any ideas on where it might be??

    thats where i thought they were i remembered that from when i used to drive 1 back in the early 90's but when i lift the panel up i have some wires in there but no fuse panel

    On top of dash, under the access panel? It's been a while, I had a 78, 86 inch cab. Oh, they aren't fuses, it's all relays.
