I applied to these guys a month ago,i'm glad I did'nt drive for them after reading this.I've seen some of their trks on the road and i'm not surprised they have a bad safety rating. Then they don't road test every driver, that right there is a red flag. This company is'nt any different then many other out there, they leve things out till u get to orientation or start driving for them, then u have to find out the hard way.

unless they are operating under their own authority or own their truck outright they're being moved in 2012's

i happened to talk to a recruiter for hirschbach yesterday,do believe her name was maria.i have been driving for over 20 years, and now i am on the hunt for "that company".i am tired of the smoke being blown (you know where).she told me even with my experience that my pay is the same as someones with 1 year experience.that put me at attention,i asked how many people come to orientation, she replied about 15 every monday, another flag,i kept her on the line for about an hour and a half, and she kept on muting me,so with everything that i heard, and with common sense coming in to play,i believe that this company is no good.....mark em'off the list.

You don't want to work for them. I worked there three years and left on good terms and I'll still tell you that. :)

Prior to 2010 they weren't that bad when they were in South Sioux. Then they moved and went through many office changes losing all the good experienced people. They definately did a nose dive.

The owner run Burlington into the ground. Now he's running Hirschbach into the ground.
