I know the company driver trucks are smaller, but are they very crowded, and are they good on fuel mileage?

I drove a cab over freightliner many years ago. Trust me that truck was not near as nice as these trucks are today, and I never felt crowded. I have thought about getting back in to trucking. If I do I don't think I will drive flat bed again. I am 53, and I jumped off too many trailers years ago. LOL!

As a driver of a lt weight truck for Prime I can speak up here. I had maint pull the passenger seat out of my truck, installed a refrig and storage cabinets where it used to be. I have a microwave also, I have plenty of room under the bunk for storage, and an area for the TV. so all in all I have it set up and seem to have room lol. I think it just depends on how organized you are.
