If you do not have your long form medical from your DOT physical they will make you do another at their expense. The wallet card is not accepted as a valid physical because they must have the long form on file. If you do not have a copy of your long form you can get one from the doctor that did the physical. They will likely charge you a fee for the copy.

Looks like I will be a new addition to the family. Scheduled for April 10th orientation here in Phoenix. I am going to get my feet wet in the 11 western first. I am going to AIT here in Phoenix and will be graduating April 6th. It will be my first time driving, but not first time I have been away from home for an extended period. Spent 11 years in the service and 5 of those were living on a boat. I am excited and can't wait to start. I know Efon is a trainer and if he or any other trainers for the western region wouldn't mind, would you possibly email me and let me know what to expect, what they prefer new guys to do and so forth it would be greatly appreciated. I know there is a thread for ask the trainer, but im being lazy right now (been a very long day and have been up since 2am) and do not feel like posting in 2 seperate threads.

    Welcome.

Efon is no longer working at May, however, he does still frequent these pages. He's a good guy , even though he is getting a little big for his britches just because he can go 65 mph now ;-)

What tomorrow will bring is not understanding your paycheck, because the more difficult May can make it, the easier to steal from. May is a rip. What ever you do do not buy one of those junk heaps they call a rebuild. What a joke, the whole company is hungup on worshippng the owner. Do yourself a favor, run fast the other way.

    No problem.

Don't pay any attention to the grim reaper, I don't bow my knee to anyone at May Trucking, including the owner. I couldn't even tell you what he looks like.
