we did Celect Plus up to Euro-3 recalibration. That is all.

Some DAF trucks had Euro-2 Celect ECMs, it was not possible to upgrade emission level of this ECM, so.... ECM swap.

DPF was not popular in EU, yep, MAN made PM-Kat (used on Maxxforce). PM Kat is DPF with advanced EGR, they can do the EPA2010 w/o SCR, but as I can see now MAN switched to SCR/DEF.

Is it for the docks? you just need a DOC filter, we have done hundreds of retro-fits for the port of Vancouver, bout 1900 for the filter and what ever labor. looks and fits where your original muffler was. BTW we use Donaldson DOCs.

    DEZLFREK Thanks this.

That's why it seems to me it is better to use used engine from JY with full setup

Last time I check Pablo, an engine was a bit more expensive than a particulate filter...?:biggrin_25523:

I wouldnt give up a running N14, ever.

im trying not to. the reality is that i have 22 months to get this sorted out but if i wanted to go into the docks i need to do it asap. im trying to find the most cost effective way to do this and the Doc's look like it may be the ticket. im going to have to look into this farther. thanks for the help.
and yes i dont want to give up my n14, it only has 350k on it too..

You just need to know your horse power and dimensions and your local dealer can figure out the appropriate part. Check with the officials at the Port, our guys all had documents that needed to be filled out by out service dept, in order to make the whole thing legit, truck ser#s, DOC serial #s...etc

Wow only 350, barely broken in!
