What ever you do do not drive or work for USA trucking. They do care about u as driver all they want is there product delivered to the desitination. They have a 100% turnover rate and people who enter there workforce leave after 6 months to a year. :biggrin_25510:

Please what ever you do do not drive for USA truck, they have a 100% turn over rate and you will not be happy there. People who work for them have told me that they work for them for at least 3 - 6 months and then leave for something better. They do not treat u right and they call and harrass u at all hours of the night. If u have a concern about something unless u got money they will not address it at all. :biggrin_2552:

I couldnt crawl inna International tractor even if ya paid me....that truck is an insult to a driver...it shows that they dont care about a driver if a company uses that cheap of a unit.

I dont get any calls....everything is on the QC...if what you say is true....then USA trucking doesnt pass the smell test...

i've been here almost a year and have few complaints, the few that i do are mainly in the service/breakdown area
my fleet manager is very good at doing everything he says he will. i always get home within 1/2 to 1 day of when i am supposed to, and i live in the FL PANHANDLE. we dont run much freight through here and i still get home.

Well; it is easy to get you home on time when they only have to get a load to the house 3 times a year!:biggrin_2559:

I go out anywhere from 14 days to 30 have gotten home as scheduled each time.I plan the length of my time out based on what is going on around the house ie:birthdays, anniversary, valentines day no problems here,Put in to be home on the 15th had a load that delivered in Fort Worth this morning enjoyed steak and baked potato at my house last night.Delivered at 8 am this morning appointment was not till noon today sitting at my house with no problem as been the case for each of the last 5 months.Noone makes anyone stay out months at a time give me a break

I went to orientation at USA Truck several years ago. Got fed up with how they handeled orientation, motel, crappy ride from motel to terminal, silly policy explainations, "greater than thou" attitude etc......the list goes on and on.

Long story short: left orientation in the middle of the second day. Even talked them into paying for my trip home (which turned out to be the only decent thing they did).

    I DON'T miss them.:biggrin_25523:
