Hello fellas, I am a new CDL holder recently in february 2012 i got my CDL in Florida. After month DMV sent me letter about disqualification of my CDL for 60 days, because of my speeding tickets (Over 15 miles) in 2008 and 2010. I had regular driver license that time. I have been reading a lot and figured out that if i was not suspended or revoked for this tickets i should be fine. Now i am confused, i called to DMV in Tallahassee nobody wonna listen. Can anyone tell me what should i do?

My guess is their look back period for the CSA2010.

You have no choice...getting the CDL does not erase the past...your driving record still hangs with you.

Wait the 60 days, and go talk to DMV.
