You sound like a real peice of work. People like you should not be allowed on these sites.

 

Here is an update. Mr.Lyn Tetreau and I have come to an agreement and he is currently fulfillng his obligations exactly as we agreed to. I am pleased so far with his honesty and forthright attitude. I look forward to this all being taken care of and believe that he is sincere in his efforts. I will continue to keep you posted. Good or bad as the case may be.

Sooo...I read through this thread (mostly out of boredom ) and for a few pages it appeared previous drivers of Tetreau were uniting and prepared to burn these guys at the stake...filing grievences (sp?) in multiple jurisdictions, multiple states..YEA! sounds like they deserve it..

THEN! Rogerd gets bought off? "pleased with his honesty and forthright attitude" Huh!? That almost sounds like Mr. Lyn Tetreau said..Hey, stop talkin crap about me, say something good, and I will pay you to go away.

It's like reading a good book with a bad ending..<sigh>

I am very pleased to let you guys know that Mr. Lyn Tetreau has paid the second installment toward our agreed to terms.
This is a forum where we can complain. Shouldn't we also clear someone as they fulfil their obligations?
I tell you what, it's not just this company that has messed me over in the past, but it is the only one that has paid me back without taking them to court. Sure, I didn't get exactly what I wanted, but that is what coming to an agreement is all about. I have had to take this all the way before and it takes awhile to do all that in court. So, I am pleased with the results to date. I reserve the right to get angry if needed. Right now I am happy about this, the results have been positive. I have had valid complaints before that were not taken care of in a pro. manner like they are now... Isn't that refreshing.

 

Hey, have any of you received your 1099's yet. Just a word to the wise, if not call the IRS. Last year, never got one, Russ Sr said to use the last statement. That is just asking the IRS to come audit you, especially if Tetreau reports your income to be more than you reported. Call the IRS and they will take down the info. Protect yourself.

 

Which court did you end up having to go through?? THe Florida or Michigan? Please let me know. It is refreshing to finally get your agreed upon terms I agree. Thank you for sharing the good with the bad. As for my husband and I we are still awaiting that day.

 

Hey Folks!! Tetreau Transport has sent me the third payment toward what I am owed. Just like clockwork now, so things are going well, and they are doing exactly as we agreed. Thanks much Mr. Lyn Tetreau.
