There's too many factors involved to give a precise answer.

Im thinking of going with USX because it looks like they have pretty good team pay. Do you recommend an experienced driver go with USX? If so, anyone out of Florida wanna team up? I used to be a trainer with Werner a few years back and I got along well with everyone I trained.

Team pay is .48 with great equipment. CRST pays .62 with crappy equipment and no ezpass. Flip that coin. We are very happy here at USX

    f4tc0w Thanks this.

Just woke up, Good week with the miles, and delivered a load to broker in Laredo-TX this morning, now waiting for a load to get up north somewhere, had to turn a short run down seeing as it was HVP, (too much of an inconvenience for me), anyways
    ride safe everyone :)

Hopefully someone can answer this question. I'm coming in for orientation this weekend out of Tech College. Recruiter had told me 150hrs of training then 8 weeks out doing team with another newbie. They could not answer about home time. Now that is about 3 months of time. Can anyone tell me how often I would get home? I'm 46 years old and my wife is going otr with me (none driver) and she does nor do I like the idea of being gone for 3 months without each other. So, any help would be fine. Oh, we live just 210 miles south of Tunnel Hill Ga. around Columbus Ga.

Double check on that training time because they changed it in April from 150hrs to 120hrs and it was originally with another newbie but that supposedly got changed to an experienced driver.....no home time for the 120hrs, then home time is taking turns at each other's houses (how often I don't know)

This is what I was told in March when I was a trainer...BTW I don't work for USX anymore.

What part of Florida? I'm looking for a new team mate. My current one is not working out. He can't handle the job.

I smoke if that matters to you.
