I'm baaaack..lol! D&H a load of pomme frites in Plover, WI going to PA, had it all planned out to get to the TA in Gary with a 1/2 hr left on my 14, but some tanker truck flipped over on the Tri-State and dumped hydrochloric acid and they shut the #### road down. So I'm sitting at the Petro in Rochelle waiting for 4:30 am to roll again. I gotta tell ya... I am NOT fond of the 14 hour rule. I can't remember if we anything like that back in the day, course it wouldn't have meant anything cuz I just made the lines fit when I needed to. I've learned alot in the past month on how to trip plan and make the right decisions in trying to maximize my hours with e-logs but then when something happens, your screwed...lol

Got a load outage WA heading to Fort Worth, sitting in Yakima WA right now. Long day today, waited for 6 hours for a load. Headed on I90 over Snoqiamie pass. Avalanche control was going on, so had to wait for a few more hours. Then I got the pleasure of chaining up. So yah the cable chains don't fit the step decks tires at all, so had to bungey the heck outtah them to get them to stay on. Then the Vorad went out on the truck, so I have no cruise control now. Oh what fun!!

I came out of Plover too heading to ME. I just happened to hear about that tanker in time to cut down 355 and get around it. At Snowshoe, PA now.

Sitting at the T/A in Hurricane West Virginia, Delivered at Gunnoe's sausage last night. Pray you never go there. They are in a residential area. Their lot is the size of a Cul de Sac. Took 20 minutes to get turned around. Waiting for hours to come back then off to Delaware Ohio
