I agree with the above posters....get another co-driver. Put your time in, then move on. Having a co-driver that you are incompatible with is very, very difficult.

How does a team truck find time to pull over and find liquor. Heck when I teamed, Darned truck only stopped for fuel, food, and shower. All in same stop.

    S M D and OPUS 7 Thank this.

Don't quit, you haven't even started, I had a team like that, ever time he saw a strip place he wanted to stop, I would go and get a new partner or go solo like you said, there is nothing like peace.

He got us lost in chicago off 83 there was a liquor store somewhere. He got 2 airplane of jim bean. i think he is a little depressed. I did call dispatch they told me to call the police next time. We are stuck in okc terminal he got more liquor and cursed his ex out. i left the truck exercised and told him to respect her. then he was drunk drove us to the flying j to get popeyes. he was showing me how to float but i already know how. i got a new co so im waiting to leave okc. i might try flatbed or dump trucks locally. Dont get me wrong i got us lost but not as long as he did us. Thank you guys for all of your help i like doing this and wont quit

I couldn't imagine living in a truck with another dude 24 hours a day. I'd rather shovel #### for minimum wage. Hopefully you find someone with similar goals.
