**Good Small Flatbed Company**

Things are picking up now that it's warmed up. Last week I did just shy of 3k. Average somewhere between 2200 and 2500 miles. Pay goes from 40 to 45 cpm.

 

One of the very few lease purchase programs I have heard anything good about.

 

my experience was good with them.

 

I guess someone needs to tell all those 2 and 3 million milers at McElroy that they are a the wrong job, I mean they let rookies work there

 

there are million mile drivers at werner and swift too....whats your point?

just a guess, but sounds like MPG issues..

 

That just becuase they let rookies work there, it's still a good company to work for and that most of the people working there have been there for years, and for a reason

is that how you judge a company, by whether they let rookies work there?

 

no but its usually a good idicator

ups freight, abf and conway take new drivers out of school. are you saying those companies aren't as good as yours, since yours wont take "rookies"?
