    How do we get issued a F/M and what terminal will be my hm terminal I'll be company refer and I live out of Washington state

    They usually figure that out for ya, and let you know. You should communicate what you'd like to have happen to your FM before you upgrade.

    Your closest terminal is Salt Lake City, but you also could be assigned to Denver or Springfield. That being said, it really doesn't matter that much. You're dispatched from wherever you're at. Get maintenance at the closest shop.

    You get assigned a FM after you get your truck, unless u specify beforehand that you want to be on a particular board.
