Well, DEFINATELY not much sitting around waiting with ACT. I'm at the Pilot in Knoxville, Tn doing a 34 hour reset..I have 41 minutes left on my 70.

I deliver in Fountain Inn, SC Saturday night/Sunday morning. After delivery I will have 3,341 paid miles for the pay period. I'm preplanned to pick up in Wilson NC (304 empty miles) and deliver in KCKS (1,101 loaded) for as soon as I can...

I didn't believe it was possible to get these kind of miles with electronic logs..Guess I was wrong.

So 3,341 miles and a 34 hour restart in 6 days..Great week! I'm beat, need a shower, meal and some sleep. :)

Are the company drivers averaging same miles by chance?

Bigkid a very informative blog. You said in an earlier lost ACT pays tolls is this done by ez pass or reimbursement. Seeing how I live in OKC, ok would run 35 in Kansas and 44 in Ok. But ezpass doesn't work in either of these states. It would be pike pass and k pass. Thanks

We have EZPass on the truck for states it covers. States it don't cover you get reimbursed.

Should state that you get reimbursed if you're routed that way and you receive a PO authorizing the toll.

That is true. Sometimes the routing does some weird things. If it runs me on back roads I say heck with it and run the toll roads if it make more sense financially. I will save money by running them instead of the extra fuel.
