computer shut down

    i have a volvo 670 d12 2008.Computer shut down on the road only when is raining or humidity. After a couples of minutes i can start without problems like nothing happened. No fault codes on dash at all.What could it be?

    corrosion between the ecm and control modules would be my guess. i had similar problem on last truck (2006 vnl670) where when it rained headlights and wipers would come on for no reason or different control modules would fail shutting down lights or climate controls or whatever.

    Totally agree with you, it is corrosion of the wires and connectors can be the cause ..
