Hello

I am new to the industry and had a question for you all, i have a offer from Swift and Werner, what are the pros and cons to both companies. i am in the midwest.

 

Well i also got a offer back from Trans AM as well, out of the KC location and have read a few horor stories so far about them. This is a good place for info about companies and at the same time is rather discouraging when im still in my indepedant trainging school and are looking through my options, to see the bad experiences on here, i dont know what to expect from the company i choose. *heads hurting now ....

 

so far i have heard back from Werner, Swift and TransAM and just put i app in with scheneider, have a app in with TMC but havent heard anything and dont think i will. It's hard finding a company that you think will treat you fairly when your a newhire and fresh off the streets.

 

well after hearing from the swift recruiter today and trust me we bombarded her with questions, after hearing about and the possiblity of getting the dedicated dollar tree route im going with them to get my feet wet and start my trucking career...
