Since you're only running 30 miles, i'd be looking for a good used tandem axle milk truck with a 3500gal stainless tank. A little more manuverable and would be able to make a couple trips a day when you get rolling...... Or maybe find a milk hauler that might be interested in moonlighting to get you started.
