Yeah, they falsely reported a FELONY conviction on my background report which got me fired from Werner and then kept me off the road for over a year before I was able to get my background report corrected

 

Seems like they have been through a lot of cheifs in the last 3 years aren't they on their 3rd president of JBS Carriers since 2009?You need to tell both sides of the story man, I was a mentor too and couldn't get crap for miles, I was always available for dispatch and only went home every 5 weeks . My average miles per week with a trainee was only 1800-2000. When I talked to Becky I got the oh well attitude, and also got it from Darrin Taylor (he used to do the same thing when I worked with him at Dart). How can you properly train a trainee if you run nothing but Texas for 2 weeks?How can thye get mountain driving, chaining, Northeast driving etc, this was adreesed to Tom Christian his response "Oh Well", So I left, gave them 4 months to work it out to no avail.

Your in South Florida......if you ever want to get home you wanna haul a refer! Besides Watkins Shepard puts a student on the road without a trainer and thats just crazy in my book!
