Appreciate the info. I won't be buying one for a long time with any luck, just watching out for the future used market.
Am sure the space inside is great, just can't stand that roof line on the T7 & 680's looking at it from the outside.afsargeant Thanks this. -
Currently it will be available only the day cab and the 76" sleeper. They did not talk about any other options.
For me the new truck buying time is closing, but definitely would not order from the first production. I hope the old lady can survive one or two more years, so they will have time to work out the bugs. For me it is more important than the wow factor. Other ways for me the T680 seems the best option from the current market. -
Oh! The roof line not too attractive from outside, it is true, but most of the time I will see from inside anyway.

Well they are both out...but i keep seeing t680 trucks every day....pete 579 very few...i'd say

The 579 is probably the worst Peterbilt I have ever owned. I call shake rattle and roll. The right mirror wobbles really bad the whole truck shakes at 67 to 72 mph.the Navy plus is a total waist of money. The radio cuts in and out constantly. You have to manhandle this truck to keep it in your lane. The truck is quiet and nice inside.

Ya, most vehicles seam to be made like that now a day.
They aren't build to drive, they are only built just to look at.
It is real sad to think how far the transportation industry is gone down hill,
And not a break on it to stop it from crashing. Can not wait for the BANG.
