burns carriers llc in tipp city,oh

This is a small carrier located in tipp city, oh..Dont be fooled by the holy cross on the truck doors because this company doesnt fix known major DOT issues with the truck that could result in breakdown, loss of brakes, exhaust leak fumes, etc.
They run the driver illegal because they have no contracts and only use broker boards so they need every dime they can possibly get, greed and hatred seem to fuel this company. They treat the drivers very badly and talk to you like you are a total idiot because your not behind a desk.
Everyday they talk to you like, everything that you do is worthless and any and all problems are your fault from the recaps blowing to all repairs that thier truck needs, they even get mad at you if the owner booked the load at an impossible delivery time and you didnt use jet fuel and a rocket to get it there.
If your solo get ready to run like a team because they dont care about: you, your csa score, or your life.
This company only cares about the bill of lading and getting paid by the broker, they require you to fax the bill after pickup at the shipper even if shipper wont fax it for you ... and refax the same bill at delivery after they sign it...if u dont do this you will not be dispatched because they have to get paid as soon as u deliver or there wont be fuel for next run or shopping money for them to show off with.
They dont fill thier truck up so you are forced to fuel repeadely...hence log violation if your a solo because your expected to run like a team but have to stop and swipe a fuel card because they only put $100-$300 dollars on the card for fuel even if your running 1200 miles.
They get mad if u take your hometime which is 3 days for 3 weeks out, and punish you when you come back with making you deadhead free, not giving you enough miles to make your paycheck for the rest of that week, and picking up at places that waste your whole day so your forced to drive under stress and then they punish you for being late even though you picked up on time and ran non stop minus getting fuel to the destination.

(i was on hometime and the owner called me just to say his "truck is missing 2000 dollars a day sitting while im at home"...and i ran for weeks before my hometime)!!!!

this company is absolutely horrible, i thought working for african americans would be different mabye we would make a great team, boy was i sooo wrong.....when u go into thier office you cant see anyones face because they hide behind cubicles the owner doesnt even come out from his cubicle to greet you or ask how things are going..... the safety man doesnt even have a cdl or any trucking knowledge he cant even pretrip a truck. The owner and his wife behave in a heartless and greedy way and their failing trucking company makes them bitter twords thier drivers...when i quit i was 200 miles away from my house so i deadheaded home to clean out my truck because i take my small dog with me, they called the police and said i stole the truck( i couldnt drive it back to them because they did this) the police came to my house even though they had an officer at the truck stop find the truck which was parked front row of TA, i had only been parked for 4 hours and i was empty...i needed to go home first because i have a pet and i knew i couldnt travel by bus back home with my dog......The owner and his wife called me leaving voicemails threatening to have me arrested for going out of route, stealing thier truck, and said they would put abandoment on me....( i never had this happen to me before - i was gonna return truck to them in tipp city had no reason not to, its where i picked it up at)

They dont deserve to have a trucking authority in my opinion....i wish i would of checked them out on fmcsa.com first because thier record speaks for itself.
