Sounds like the company I retired from. They always said the company pays well so they want a good job in return. The difference that company had over most is they treated us very well and never doubted our word. I've seen one driver quit and the rest retired. But with that type of company the waiting list to get hired was around 5 years. Also in my type of work your name and reputation carried more weight than what was writen on paper. It was a great job.

    Wargames Thanks this.

Experience is only part of the equation. There was this guy that was cut from his high school basketball team cause he wasn't that good. A college took a chance with him and then the Bulls took a chance on him, Michael jordon was the player. All that talent and experience on the 2004 Yankees and they chocked to a team that hadn't won in 86 years. Imagine if George Washington didn't have confidence in all those soldiers fresh off the farm with no military experience we'd be having this conversation over a cup of tea tea and crumpets. Every proffesion has people that are newbies and people that have been doing it for a long time. The ones that are "experienced" are the ones that do that job well and are willing to continue to learn no matter how many years they have been doing it.
