Some of the driving ive seen in New Jersey would make a New York City cab driver nervous. You learn to drive with your right foot covering The brake around those parts.

Oh lets get the dirty deeds out there shall we, who are the best at jumping lanes regardless of where you go, I'd say its the mail truck, and not just any mail truck. I'm talking about the multi-state hauling mail trucks that go farther down the road to get the mail delivered. these guys think they can navigate in and out of lanes like their suppose to be in front, and don't care about your late delivery. I've been there cut off not once but rather over and over by these *&%#!@# you know what I mean. And they act like they'r crap don't stink, whoa nelly, you ought to see they'r reaction at the pump after they cut me off just to get to the same place I'm going. No clue I tell ya, no clue or respect anymore on the roads. used to be we'd be looking out for one and another and in some instances occasionally its still true but not often, UPS, FEDX, US MAIL, they'r all the same, no cares at all.

Yes it rides on 2 bunks that pivots like a log truck. You can only have a certain amount of overhang on each end of a straight trailer ( 1/4 trailer length or 1/3 total wheelbase length) where as a T&T you can go much longer because you can stretch out the trailer by use of a sliding stinger that connects to the pintol (sp) hook of the truck, plus a sliding reach that is connected to the pintol eye. After 120 feet load length you have to go to a steer car or logger on the rear. There are special exclusions for non-reducible loads. There is always some local cop that things these trucks are illegal and spend 1-2 hours telling me why. Usually the whole force shows up and finally a DOT cop gets there and lines them out. How did ya get that truck pass all the scales? Did you take the back roads? It would take a better driver than me officer to pull that off.
Here are couple of other long load set ups. Yes I drove for Leavitt's Freight Service in the 80's. Rain drops hit the windsheild,Wipers going back and forth to the beat of the radio, driving my life away...................

Freight Porn! Got Wood?
okiedokie Thanks this. -
In some places, you cannot politely wait for some nice 4-wheeler to allow you over. If you're in the NE, you have to get in where you fit in. I use my size as an advantage. At least that's what the old lady says...
