Started weekend school with Roadmaster and will be finished @ May 10. I'm excited about getting started with trucking. I've checked out a few reviews about trucking companies and it kinda makes me nervous. I know that all companies have issues but OMG!! I'm starting to fill out applications for pre-hire and want to make the right choice. Based on some of what I've read...it seems like TMC, Schneider, or Stevens Transport get good reviews. Out of those, who would be the best for a long term career? Or, do you have any other suggestions? ....by the way, I'm a black female. Some of my friends think I'm too prissy for trucking but I know if I bust my butt I could make some serious money. I'll be making more money trucking than with 14 years experience with what I'm doing now (currently work for a major health insurance company). :biggrin_25525:

That's what I really want to do. Seems like a lot of extra work having to got thru TSA, getting a tanker endorsement, HazMat endorsement, TWIC :biggrin_25526:.....but I'm sure it'll be worth it.
