Have found an Allison 4560P and would surely appreciate any information about it. Part # 29543093, TID3, TC541, Rev. C, and stick on decal on the left side stating Serial # 117727. I'm gathering that the last number is a re-manufatrurers number.
What TCM, harness, touch pad shifter, and flywheel to mate to a 5EK would I need? The truck is used in heavy haul, has an AMO 1750 aux, deep low, with 3.90 rears therefore I'm a bit concerned about the 541 torque converter.
Any & all info & help would be appreciated

Your axle ratio sounds fine, usually in motor coaches a 4.33 or 3.** is used, they run much lower RPM's with the newer engines. Your best bet is to call Allison, the shift pads should be universal for the most part. No idea about the torque converter.

Why did the guys not want to date Allison? Because she was a tranny! yuck yuck yuck lol.
