Has anyone else noticed that days to pay for TQL has gone to 45?
Looking at the DAT board the days to pay is prbably one of the worst.
They call me poften but I don't take loads for them due to the fact they post the same load so many times you never really know where it is?
I wonder is it the beginning of the end for them?

SHC and BigBadBill Thank this.

we use too quick pay everything with them they just take a faxed over BOD and direct deposit into my account same day most the time. I really dont think they are in a bind all them kids they have working there dont make $$ we stoped using them after the 2nd time we booked a load drove 100 miles to get it and cancelled it on us an refused to pay for a truck orderd not used
They lied and said the customers fork lift broke and would be next week before they could load this was at a pipe yard how many pipe yards you been to that only has one fork lift.......well i looked on the board and it was posted by someone else same load so we booked it showed up they had atleast 7 forklifts there different broker same place same money
I just dont like the games they play "were looking for a price" or when you book it get the conformation and it picks up 100 miles away
They had a load of pipe one day i called on needed a stepdeck load metel levelers said everyone was showing up with wood and customer would not load them needed hard hat safty glasses refetive vest and steel toe boots to load and needed to be clean shaved and all that with a nomex and also needed a twic card well it was his lucky day my guy had it all gave him a price i was over a $1,000 more than he was looking at paying they were offering it at $1.54 a mile

They aren't the best with being frank about loads.. just search on here and look for yourself.

The days to pay number referred to in the previous post is being inflated by a single claim load. The number is incorrect, and we are working to get the issue resolved so that it accurately reflects our commitment to paying carriers quickly and easily. Our credit ratings are and have always been at the highest levels. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. We take carrier service very seriously at TQL, and will always work with you to address any issues.

If I remember correctly TQL has been working to get that information removed for a close to a year or more? TQL's worst offense is bait and switch, load could be in say knoxville Tn. TQL will post it in three different cities all within say 75 miles and try and book it. You never know where the load is until you get the rate for sure or worse yet they have had me wait
a few days on this "great" load that only disappeared when the pick up time came. TQL is one of my last choices to even call UTI is right there with them.
Days to pay on Dat don't really reflect true paying times they can be faster
or slower depending. Cause most O/O don't have the menas to report actcual paying histories. FICO and Duns isn't a good measure of credit anyway. If it was or is why did we have all the economic woes since 2008?

TQL is not my favorite broker but occasionally we connect and haul for them. TQL has ALWAYS paid in 30 days or less right up to the most current loads we've done. I'm not a TQL cheer leader by any means but I don't have concerns about getting paid with them. My big gripe is calling on a load 50 miles away and finding out it's actually 200 miles away and doesn't go where they said. Also, they have the worst track record of cancelling loads if we book ahead of time. Pretty much do same day loads for them.

Thats the same complaint I have with them mainly. When I start looking for a load I generally skip anything they have listed for that reason and before calling them I'm debating hit my hand with a hammer or calling them.

I have to no avail. It breaks down to our version which is what revelation so eloquently described, and your version which is: "We list our loads in a fashion that reaches more of our valuable carriers with a load opportunity." I say "garbage man," you say "sanitation engineer."

Don't worry. Plenty of hate for you around here, but that never stopped anyone from continuing to call on your loads and cashing your checks when they're done.

Definitely get that credit thing looked into, tho.

Love,
Red.
