So with trying to get things together for my trip to Sprimo on 5/8/12, I've been thinking on sunglasses. What's your guys' preference? I thought maybe getting both, use the amber for night driving to cut headlight glare or on gloomy days when you don't need the full darkness of standard sunglasses. Would appreciate your input! Keep safe and keep rolling!

Regular sunglasses for daytime, preferrably polarized. Anti Glare regular glasses for night driving.

Well I don't wear regular glasses, which is why I thought of using the amber for night driving. Also is it possible to get them fairly cheap? I've had 10$ sunglasses last me a long time before, but then I see people dropping hundreds of dollars on them as well, I just can't see spending that kind of money on something so easy to lose, drop or get broken.

I have amber prescription lenses that work well for low light / night / rain / clouds / fog driving. I also have a pair of anti-glare coated lenses, and all the coating seems to do is make them impossible to get and keep clean.

Used at work. By far best eyeware I have ever used, wrap tightly around face but not uncomfortable, does not slide down nose bridge.
Orange or yellow at low light is wonderful.

Cheap sunglasses. You'll loose, sit on, drop, or otherwise destroy anything expensive. McMurphies law of sunglasses - as it pertains to truckin'. Do that with cheapies... and well, there's another pair of cheap sunglasses on the rack in the truckstop.
