I have one of those loads too, I am 400 miles away and it is going to a location that is only 12 miles away from an OC but does not deliver until 1800 on Monday. When I asked support shift if I could relay it or if they could reschedule the load for tomorrow or Monday morning, they told me that CS told them that I could get there early and see if they will take which I was planning on doing anyway. I may just stop at the OC tomorrow night because I scheduled a PM tomorrow night anyway and call the scheduling number from the message as soon as they come in at 0800 and see if I can change the appointment to earlier on Monday. On another note, does anyone know if our comdata cards are authorized to get oil from a pilot, I need some and forgot to pick it up last time I was at an OC, I would ask my DBL, but he is off until Monday. Thanks for any answers.

You can use comdata to purchase oil when you fuel. When you go through the different screens, it's says at the very end (after you enter the milage, driver number, unit #, etc) it'll ask if you want to purchase any additional items. Say yes and then go in and finish the transaction at the register.

however, I don't know if you can just walk up to the register and purchase oil with comdata without fueling first.

 

you can not buy oil unless you fuel, and use the option on the screen. I found out the hard way.

If you have to buy oil, send in the receipt as an expense they will reimburse you for it.

You wanna know what is really dumb? I can't go up to the counter and buy DEF with my card, I can only buy it when I get fuel.....that is great for the fuel percentage!!!
