Hi
mID 128 not responding.
Data link broken
I tried to reset codes, Operation Failure.
The fuse on battery 15amp went bad.
I thinks its ecm or ems fuse.
Anyways replaced it.
All these codes are gone.
Now truck wont start.
Injector 1,2,3,4,5,6 etc....
inactive.
I primed it, ether and filled filter with diesel.
Still wont start.
How do I get rid of injector codes...
2001 volvo d12c. last six 317328. volvo motor 465hp.
Thanks,

when ECM power fuse ore relay goes bad (inspect ECM relay in fuse panel and ECM fuse too), and you crank engine, too much air in head!!!! so bleed fuel system. On top of head there is bleed valve (use 11 mm wrench). bleed like you bleed brakes on car
-
Thanks, I will check relay. Is there a way to test relay with multimeter??
Also do you have drawing , on the head air pressure bleed valve??
Thank you, -
What causes ECM fuse on battery to blow??
Is there sOmething I should check??
I'm concerned if it blows on freeway. -
Checked fuses, they look good.
No relay to be found. Could there be another location for it?? -
no other location, the next step - check internal 12-90V converter in ECM.
-
check injector wiring, does it let oil leak out of cyl head, is the oil inside wiring, connector, ECM. All this stuff may be damaged with oil
-
Ok I'll check it out.
Would that cause ecu fuse to blow?? -
yes, and toasted voltage converter inside ECU
-
Ecu might be no good???
