They don't have an age limit as long as it passes DOT & looks presentable. Also, Mercer will do a trailer lease for $600/month then you own it. You can pick the trailer from what's available in the yard at orientation. I'm not leased to Mercer, but if I was going to lease to someone it would be them.

Things have picked up pretty good but then again I stay pretty much in the midwest and run my ### off year round with them. If I sit it is at home or I got greedy and took a high $$ load to a bad area. But even then it might be for a half a day and I will head back to a good area.DEMO Thanks this.

I'm about 90% sure I'm gonna lease on with them in the next few months. What I know about them I like

I love it at Mercer. Kinda laid back. Don't run my tail off but I tend to cherry pick the high dollar loads.
They do have an age limit incoming trucks. It was 97 or newer and was told it was getting changed to 99 or newer. But there is a lot of older trucks. Mercer has very strict DOT inspection and has to pass twice a year so your truck has to be in great shape.
Very straight forward and honest company.
Mostly flatbed freight but I do ok pulling a drop.Clasix1055 and DEMO Thank this. -
yep mercer is ok, the midwest is always consistent and pays decent . i to love it here.
