What to do in a situation like this??

Actually something similar to that happened to me one time.The shipper loaded me 100 lb bags of sugar and loaded a ripped bag at the nose trying to make it out to be my fault the bag ripped while driving.But the con knew better because this shipper has done this before plus he loaded the trl tight.So anyway the receiver refused to take that one bag and also clean up the spilled sugar,broker and my company told me to find a place to dump it.I said nope ain't happening.When u find someone to tke this sugar and sweep the trl give me a call.I sat there over 2 hrs,finally the receiver ended up taking it.

 

I have an electric powered blower I keepit with me and can plug it into my power inverter.

They change tunes real quick when it comes out and #### starts flying on their dock.

I really don't care where the 200 mph wind is pointed.

 

Exactly,that's one thing I won't do in trucking is let dispatchers play me for some sap.Did at first but not no more.I don't do anymore then I absolutely have to and don't worry about it either.Does'nt matter to me i'll sit till they come to their senses and work with me rather then against me.

 

I'm getting a mental picture of this,lol.

 

when will that be do you think? I look at it this way,no matter what is left on trl,garbage or whatever which is clearly the receivers,you leave with crap on trl you're stealing and we just can't have that,lol.
